History
The After School Program was established in 1992 as a partnership with the Springdale School District to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for school age children. We provide after school care from the time school is dismissed until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, and are conveniently located on-site at your child’s school.
The After School Program offers an exciting summer program, and provides all day care for most holiday breaks. Every member of our staff is privately background checked, and CPR/First Aid certified.
We are licensed by the Arkansas Department of Education, Better Beginnings level 2 with several locations achieving level 5. We accept the child care voucher program, the essential workers funding, and the Ottawa Tribe childcare funding. The After School Program is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Springdale Chamber of Commerce, and are proud sponsors of numerous local charities and events.
Enrollment
After your enrollment has been reviewed and processed, we will send you an invoice for the registration fee. You will also receive a confirmation and additional details through Brightwheel.

The schools listed above are temporarily operating on a waitlist, however families may still submit enrollment paperwork as usual. Completed submissions will be placed on a short waitlist and contacted when a spot becomes available.

Step 2: If this is your first time using Brightwheel; click on "Don't have an account?"
Step 3: On the next screen it ask "Which best describes you?" Click "Parent."
Step 4: Fill out your information and create an account and then click "Get Started."
Step 5: It will send a verification code to the email/phone number you provided in the previous step. Enter that code and click "Confirm."
Step 6: At the top of the page you will see "2025-2026 ASP Child Data Sheet." Here you will add your child's information and click "Continue" you will fill out the form until it's been submitted.
*If you have more than one child you will need to click on the "Apply Here" button again on our website to get back to the start of the form.
Rates for the 2026-2027 School Year
$80.00 per week for one child.
$155.00 per week for two children.
$225.00 per week for three children.
$300.00 per week for four children.
$375.00 per week for five children.
$30 per week for drop in service per child (covers 1 day/week) with a $30 per day, per child charge for additional days.
